Job summary

Aypa Power LLC is seeking a procurement leader to drive sourcing for energy storage and solar projects, negotiate complex agreements, and manage supplier relationships. The role requires coordinating with Engineering, Legal, and Development teams to align contracts with project goals and timelines.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in utility-scale renewables procurement, EPC contracts, and a proven ability to deliver cost-effective, high-quality equipment and services while supporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement experience with sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
• 3+ years in utility-scale renewables, high-voltage, or thermal procurement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing for BESS and solar equipment, including market assessment and contract execution.
• Build and manage key vendor and contractor relationships with regular meetings.
• Lead negotiations on complex commercial and technical terms to close deals.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Legal, Development to ensure supply contracts meet requirements.
• Drive procurement efficiency initiatives to scale operations and reduce costs.
• Support transactions related to acquisitions, financings, and divestitures.
