Aypa Power is seeking a highly driven Contracts Specialist in Austin, Texas, to manage the full lifecycle of supply, service, and EPC contracts, with emphasis on document control and redlining in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with legal, finance, engineering, procurement, and commercial teams to implement standard terms, ensure templates are followed, and deliver execution-ready documents on schedule, while maintaining rigorous audit trails.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or related field in contract management or project management.
• 2–5 years in contract administration or transactional support roles.
• Experience with EPC or equipment supply contracting in energy storage or renewables.
• Expert-level Word skills: Track Changes, review workflows, Compare/Combine, styles, numbering, cross-references.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Sign, and high-volume document workflows.
• Familiarity with EPC/equipment supply agreements in the energy sector.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary gatekeeper for all contract documents and maintain version control.
• Manage intake and processing of documents from counterparties with audit trails.
• Incorporate Aypa standard terms into contracts and templates.
• Prepare drafts and perform initial review to drive execution on timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to finalize terms.
• Maintain contracting dashboards and trackers.
• Assemble execution packages and issue signed copies to records.
• Deploy contracting tools, templates, processes, and guidelines.
