About the role

CBRE is seeking a motivated professional to support the Operations team's program management office. The role involves handling program documentation, maintaining records and dashboards, leading meeting notes, following up on action items, and conducting research.

What you'll do
  1. Organize and store digital files within shared systems.
  2. Manage online learning content development, including file organization, material creation, scheduling, and reporting.
  3. Monitor team communication and ensure information flow.
  4. Coordinate training schedules and manage related communications and activities.
  5. Support resource usage reporting and provide data insights.
  6. Manage qualification documentation and content categorization.
  7. Maintain training records and create visual data summaries.
  8. Update website content and organizational documentation.
  9. Prepare training reports for reviews and presentations.
  10. Support project planning, including creating templates for training materials.
  11. Handle requests in the training system, track statuses, and direct them appropriately.
  12. Provide weekly project updates based on cross-functional team needs.
What you'll need
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience; experience and education combination considered. LEED AP, PMP, or CMM preferred.
  • Experience with program management methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and solve complex challenges.
  • Judgment skills based on multiple information sources.
  • Willingness to consider new perspectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite; experience with Smartsheet, Tableau, LucidChart is a plus.
  • Organizational skills and inquisitiveness.
  • Attention to detail, excellent communication, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

The salary range is $105,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a discretionary bonus.
