What You’ll Do
- Lead Mission-Critical Projects. Manage all aspects of complex program(s) - from site acquisition through design and construction. Ensure seamless coordination between internal design trades, external partners, and clients.
- Own the Budget. Forecast and monitor program financials including profitability, margins, billing, and cost schedules. Proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Be the Client Anchor. Serve as the main point of contact. Foster strong, long-term relationships and develop new business opportunities.
- Mentor and Lead. Guide project teams and direct reports. Oversee resource planning, delegate effectively, and drive operational excellence.
- Deliver Excellence. Ensure design and construction meet client standards and project goals. Oversee QA/QC, compliance, and closeout processes.
Requirements
What You Bring
- B.S. degree in engineering, construction, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 13+ years of related experience, with 5+ years in leadership of large-scale engineering, construction, or manufacturing projects
- Demonstrated expertise managing design and construction of mission-critical projects (e.g., data centers, healthcare, or energy infrastructure)
- Strong background in strategic planning, resource allocation, and MEP/FP/FA systems
- High proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, and file management tools
- Excellent communication, client management, and team leadership skills
- Comfortable with AI-forward workflows and new technologies
- U.S. work authorization and willingness to travel up to 10%
