• Define and track project milestones; develop, maintain, and report on an integrated delivery plan with resource capacity and actuals analysis.
• Liaise with resource managers to ensure resource availability supporting project timelines.
• Utilize risk management strategies to actively manage project risks affecting cost, quality, scope, or schedule.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Review and approve timecards related to your projects.
• Create business case financial models.
• Forecast, monitor, and report on project financials; maintain financial data in project management tools.
• Manage change requests by assessing impacts on scope, schedule, and cost; communicate with stakeholders.
• Liaise with supplier management groups on supplier engagement, service quality, experience, and cost.
• Partner with the project team to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, standards, and procedures, including computer systems validation, SOX, and PM standards.
• Update relevant stakeholders on project status; periodically publish project reports.
• Represent the project in governance and inter-departmental forums.
• Ensure projects meet success parameters and ROI targets as outlined in the business case.
• Evaluate trade-offs considering project size, complexity, cost, urgency, risk, and stakeholder value.
• Partner with sponsors to define success metrics and deliver projects that meet these criteria.
• Ensure adherence to project methodology and compliance standards.
• Share knowledge, mentor others within the PMO, and promote best practices for project delivery.

Minimum 8 years of professional experience required.

Proven record of planning and delivering complex projects.

Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Project preferred.

Demonstrated experience in full project management lifecycle for software, maintenance, development, or implementation projects, including IT methodologies (ITIL).

Experience managing projects across multiple technologies and functions; strong customer relationship management skills.

Good communication skills and leadership abilities, including stakeholder management, influencing without authority, and managing through change.
