Technical Program Manager - Enterprise Solutions

At Qu, you'll find a fun, dynamic, and diverse culture that celebrates team and individual success. Our people are down-to-earth, trailblazing individuals who value innovation.

While mostly virtual, we collaborate closely to produce leading-edge software solutions essential in the restaurant industry.

Qu is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Program Manager - Enterprise Solutions to lead and coordinate complex technical initiatives supporting key enterprise clients. This role is crucial for executing mission-critical programs, including the rollout of Qu-native ordering infrastructure and enabling accurate, trusted enterprise data systems. You will serve as the link between engineering, product, and client-facing teams, ensuring seamless execution of highly visible strategic projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading program planning and execution for enterprise-focused engineering initiatives, such as order platform transitions and data pipeline enhancements.
  • Managing day-to-day program operations across cross-functional teams, aligning timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Acting as the primary coordination point among Qu Engineering, Product, Implementation, and external partners (e.g., data and analytics partners).
  • Supporting pilot deployments and phased rollouts, managing dependencies, risks, and resource planning.
  • Establishing program-level reporting and dashboards to communicate status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Driving issue resolution processes to triage and resolve critical issues like ordering exceptions and data discrepancies.
  • Facilitating regular check-ins, planning sessions, and feedback loops within teams and with clients.
  • Championing documentation and operational rigor to support scalable project success.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in SaaS, platform, or enterprise software.
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex technical initiatives across multiple teams and time zones.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Experience managing stakeholders and communicating effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with backend platform development, APIs, or enterprise data systems is a plus.
  • Comfort working in dynamic environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Highly organized, process-oriented, and proactive in risk management.
  • Bonus: experience in restaurant technology, POS platforms, or enterprise integration programs.

Technical Skills (Preferred):

  • API Design & Integration: RESTful APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, webhooks
  • Data & Reporting Pipelines: SQL, ETL tools, basic data modeling
  • POS / Ordering Systems: Experience with POS software, menu management, DSP integrations (DoorDash, Uber Eats, OLO, etc.)

The pay range for this role is: 100,000 - 120,000 USD per year (Remote, United States)
