About the role

CBRE is seeking a motivated professional to support the Operations team's program management office for a technology client. The role involves managing program documentation, maintaining records and dashboards, leading meeting notes, following up on action items, and conducting research.

What you'll do
  1. Organize and store digital files within shared systems.
  2. Manage online learning content development, including file organization, material creation, scheduling, and reporting.
  3. Monitor team communication channels to ensure effective information flow.
  4. Coordinate training schedules, manage communications, and track activities.
  5. Support resource usage reporting and provide data insights.
  6. Manage qualification documentation and access controls.
  7. Maintain training records and create visual data summaries.
  8. Update website content and organizational documentation.
  9. Prepare training reports for meetings and presentations.
  10. Assist in project planning and develop templates for training materials.
  11. Handle training system requests, triage, and track progress.
  12. Provide weekly updates on cross-functional team business needs.
What you'll need
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 5-8 years of relevant experience; experience and education combined will be considered.
  • Experience with program management methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle complex challenges within tight timelines.
  • Judgment to analyze multiple information sources.
  • Willingness to adopt new perspectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite; experience with Smartsheet, Tableau, and LucidChart is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Effective January 1, 2025, CBRE's Project Management and Turner & Townsend are consolidating into a single entity. The initial employment may be with Turner & Townsend PJM US LLC, with eventual transfer to Turner & Townsend.

The salary range is $105,000 to $120,000 annually, based on skills and experience, plus potential discretionary bonuses. Benefits include 401K, health, dental, vision, life insurance, and more.
