Job description

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the contract planning and execution of third-party vendors under routine Master Services Agreements (MSA). Ensures all vendors meet the requirements set forth within Universal Destinations and Experiences’ (UDX) standards, local codes and regulations, industry standards for care, and contract documents. Manages all documentation related to labor/parts procurement, preventative maintenance programs, and regulatory requirements.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Coordinate third-party planning and execution: Serve as liaison between vendors and venues for all scopes of work covered by the MSA sitewide. Coordinate work schedules with the area/trade manager to accommodate vendor and venue availability. Ensure tooling and parts are available for project completion. Collaborate with facilities and utilities management in planning projects, providing detailed scopes of work, procedures, estimated time, materials, and resources. Support all internal UDX teams to meet MSA objectives.
  2. Parts/Service procurement: Conduct comparative shopping for materials and parts, obtain bids for parts and services as needed or in emergencies. Manage equipment rentals. Enter Discretionary Work Requests and create work orders for interdepartmental fabrication or services. Purchase and maintain utilities tooling as required. Complete all necessary documentation, requests, and justifications for purchasing.
  3. Document control: Ensure facilities and utilities records are current and compliant with UDX standards. Collaborate with Facilities/Utilities Engineering and manufacturers for updates to drawings and procedures. Create and maintain reports as necessary.
  4. Environmental, Health & Safety: Follow established UO policies, procedures, and training. Participate actively in safety responsibilities and initiatives.
  5. Other duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION:

Technical school or Associate degree (AA) in General Education or Technology preferred.

EXPERIENCE:
  • 5+ years’ experience in technical maintenance required, with 3+ years’ experience in third-party vendor oversight preferred.
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
