Job Summary

Responsible for managing the overall daily operation for the assigned area within Wardrobe Services, Laundry Services, and Mail Services departments to deliver an excellent guest service experience while ensuring quality controls and guest inquiries are addressed.

Major Responsibilities

1. Manage scheduling, staffing, and budget monitoring to meet operational plans. Ensure team members have necessary tools for success.
2. Oversee daily operations of Wardrobe, Laundry, and Mail Services, including guest service, training, staffing, and vendor relations.
3. Develop Leads through training, coaching, and mentoring. Promote initiatives to increase guest and team member satisfaction.
4. Motivate team members to promote safe, efficient operations and exceed guest expectations regarding courtesy and cleanliness.
5. Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and administer payroll timely and accurately.
6. Participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities following company policies and procedures.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or technical school preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in laundry, dry cleaning, or operational supervision, or equivalent education and experience.
• Proficiency with Windows-based computer programs.
• Ability to perform minor mechanical repairs.
