Job Summary

Supervises the mechanical, controls, and animation maintenance activities in area of responsibility. Contributes to routine, capital, and expense budgeting. Manages and leads technical staff, overseeing preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. Responsible for hiring, training, and scheduling employees.

Major Responsibilities

• Supervises all ride maintenance, ensuring equipment is maintained in like-new condition. Responds to attraction interruptions and resolves issues promptly. Coordinates with Operations to ensure quality and customer service.
• Plans and schedules maintenance activities, manages priorities, and analyzes operational performance.
• Leads training and development of staff, manages schedules and records, and ensures safety compliance.
• Supports operational throughput, executes maintenance plans to minimize downtime, and maintains records.
• Ensures compliance with ASTM F-24 guidelines and manufacturer requirements.
• Manages budgets, controls expenditures, and monitors overtime. Contributes to budget and capital planning.
• Participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities per company policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Scope

Manages maintenance for rides, shows, and interactive areas. Supervises personnel and manages budgets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required. Technical school preferred. Associate’s degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of technical/trade experience required. 1-3 years of supervisory experience required.

Additional Information
