Universal Orlando Resort believes in-person collaboration is key to our success. Many of our Team Members work in a hybrid capacity, contributing from the workplace a minimum of three days per week. JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for managing the overall daily operation for assigned area within the Wardrobe Services, Laundry Services, and Mail Services departments to deliver an excellent guest service experience while ensuring quality controls and guest inquiries.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage the scheduling and placement of personnel, adjusting schedules as needed. Participate in budget preparation and monitoring to meet plans. Monitor production and ensure Team Members have the necessary tools for success.
2. Oversee daily operations of Wardrobe Services, Laundry Services, and Mail Services, including guest service, training, staffing, and budgeting. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers as needed.
3. Develop Leads through training, coaching, and mentoring. Ensure Leads drive TSAT and GSAT initiatives to enhance guest and Team Member satisfaction.
4. Coach and motivate wardrobe Team Members to promote safe and efficient wardrobe operations, exceeding guest expectations of courtesy and cleanliness.
5. Provide work direction, counseling, coaching, and performance reviews to hourly Team Members. Administer daily payroll properly and timely.
6. Participate actively in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policies, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

• At least 1 year of dry cleaning, laundry management, or operational supervision required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Ability to perform minor mechanical repairs.
• Proficiency with Windows-based computer programs.
