You will manage intake, approvals, SLAs, and reporting across Legal, Finance, and GTM while designing and maintaining Ironclad workflows, templates, and permissions.

Applicants should have 5+ years in contract management or legal operations with hands-on Ironclad experience, strong judgment, and independent NDA negotiation skills.

• Automate contracting processes and continuously improve through reporting and AI tooling.
