Responsibilities

• Manage successful execution of contracts with Portfolio Directors and Program managers.
• Provide guidance on contractual rights/obligations and risk mitigation to senior management.
• Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and BAAs; review Estimates at Completion (EAC).
• Conduct proposal reviews and coordinate customer responses; negotiate contracts.
• Support program reviews and develop IP and investment strategy.
