Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years in relevant contracts.
• Experience managing complex contracts, including proposal preparation and negotiations.
• Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance (DoD) with U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of contracts in collaboration with Portfolio Directors and program teams.
• Provide guidance on contractual issues, rights, obligations, and risk mitigation.
• Lead bids, proposals, negotiations, and close out of contracts.
• Review Estimates at Completion to ensure forecast accuracy.
• Coordinate customer responses and ensure timely communications.
• Develop IP strategies and ensure regulatory compliance.
