Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Manager, Contracts to join our Advanced Technology and AM&S Contracts organization. The role focuses on guiding complex government and non-government contracts from proposal through execution, ensuring compliance and strategic IP development.

Onsite work with relocation support and a sign-on bonus is available for this critical position. The candidate will analyze RFPs/RFIs/BAAs, coordinate with stakeholders, negotiate terms, and support program management reviews,

Qualifications

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years in contracts-related roles.
Experience with US Government Contracts under FAR/DFARS.
Active Top Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship.
Experience with contract types and IP, OTAs, licenses, or teaming agreements.

Responsibilities

Manage successful execution of contracts with Portfolio Directors and Program Managers.
Provide guidance on contractual issues, rights and obligations, and risk mitigation.
Analyze RFPs/RFIs/BAAs and coordinate customer responses.
Review Estimates at Completion (EAC).
Negotiate contracts and support program management reviews.
Develop Intellectual Property and investment strategy.
Ensure that negotiated terms and conditions comply with company policies.
Minimal domestic travel.
