Reflection is a research lab focused on open and accessible intelligence. The Contracts Manager will own the contracting lifecycle, from intake through execution, partnering with Legal and cross-functional teams to accelerate deal flow while maintaining governance and risk controls.

In this high-impact role, you’ll implement scalable workflows, templates, and playbooks to enable the legal team to scale with the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contracts management, commercial legal operations, or a related role.
• Direct experience supporting attorneys and business stakeholders through commercial contracting processes.
• Ability to independently manage commercial agreements from intake through execution.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end contract management process from intake to execution.
• Review and negotiate routine agreements, especially NDAs, using templates and playbooks.
• Support vendor, SaaS, data licensing, and other technology contracts.
• Coordinate with Legal and cross-functional teams for approvals and timelines.
• Maintain contract documentation, version control, and storage.
• Identify nonstandard terms and elevate issues to stakeholders.
• Improve contracting workflows, templates, and SOPs to reduce turnaround times.
• Maintain trackers and report volume, status, and bottlenecks.
• Explore automation to scale contracting processes as the company grows.
