Job summary

Reflection is seeking a Contracts Manager to build and scale commercial contracting operations across intake to execution in a fast-paced environment. You will own the end-to-end process, negotiate routine agreements such as NDAs, and collaborate with Legal and cross-functional teams to keep agreements moving efficiently while improving workflows and templates.

The role involves coordinating across Security, Privacy, Compliance, and Finance, handling recordkeeping, and advancing contracting

Qualifications

• 5+ years in contracts management or related role.
• Experience supporting in-house Legal team and business stakeholders.
• Experience independently managing commercial agreements from intake to execution.
• Familiar with NDAs, vendor agreements, SaaS and technology contracts, etc.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end contract management process from intake to execution.
• Negotiate routine agreements, particularly NDAs, using templates and playbooks.
• Support commercial contracting across vendor, SaaS, data licensing and other tech agreements.
• Coordinate with Legal and business teams to keep agreements moving efficiently.
• Manage cross-functional reviews with Security, Privacy, Compliance, Finance, and others.
• Maintain contract documentation, version control, and signature workflows.
• Identify nonstandard terms and escalate issues to stakeholders.
• Develop and improve contracting workflows, templates, and SOPs to reduce turnaround times.
• Maintain contract trackers and reporting on volume, status, bottlenecks.
• Identify opportunities to automate contracting processes as the company scales.
