Reflection is a research lab focused on open and accessible intelligence. As Contracts Manager, you will own the day-to-day contracting process, coordinating with Legal and cross-functional teams to move agreements efficiently.

This high-impact role requires experience in commercial contracting, NDA handling, and building scalable workflows to support Reflection’s growth and strategic legal needs.

Formación

• 5+ years in contracts management or commercial legal ops.
• Experience supporting in-house legal teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage commercial agreements from intake to execution.
• Familiarity with NDAs, vendor and SaaS agreements.
• Understanding of contract lifecycle management and approvals.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end contract management from intake to execution.
• Review and negotiate routine agreements using templates and playbooks.
• Support vendor, SaaS, data licensing, and other contracts.
• Coordinate with Legal and cross-functional teams for approvals.
• Manage contract documentation, versioning, signatures and storage.
• Identify nonstandard terms and escalate substantive issues.
• Develop and improve workflows, templates, playbooks, and SOPs.
• Maintain contract trackers and reporting on volume and turnaround.
• Identify opportunities to automate contracting processes.
