Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Contract Specialist/Manager in Watertown, MA for a hybrid, temp-to-perm assignment. You will support the full contract lifecycle for vendor, procurement, and service agreements, including NDAs, CDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and amendments.

Responsibilities include contract tracking, stakeholder coordination, repository management, and CLM administration, with experience in biotech or regulated industries preferred.

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Contract Specialist/Manager for a hybrid, temp-to-perm opportunity in Watertown, MA. This role will support the full contract lifecycle for vendor, procurement, and service agreements, including NDAs, CDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and amendments.

Responsibilities include contract tracking, stakeholder coordination, repository management, and CLM administration.

Qualified candidates will have experience in contract administration, contract management, legal operations, or procurement, along with exposure to CLM platforms such as LinkSquares, Ironclad, Agiloft, Icertis, Conga, or DocuSign CLM. Experience in biotech, pharma, life sciences, healthcare, technology, or another regulated industry is preferred.

Details

Hybrid schedule (2-3 days onsite in Watertown, MA)
Long-term assignment with potential for permanent conversion
Compensation based on experience
