Job summary

Morpho is seeking a senior legal operations professional to own the contract lifecycle for partnerships and to build scalable legal ops infrastructure in a fast-growing DeFi tech environment.

You will drive agreements end to end, maintain a centralized contract repository, and deliver monthly throughput reports while shaping the 2027 legal operations roadmap. A background in commercial contracting and autonomous negotiation is essential.

Qualifications

• Legal training with 5-8 years in commercial contracting at a fast-growing tech company.
• Experience negotiating agreements alone and building legal operations in practice.

Responsibilities

• Own the contract lifecycle for partnerships end to end, from intake to post-signature obligations.
• Build legal ops infrastructure including playbooks, clause libraries, and AI workflows.
• Turn around counterparty NDAs within 2 working days and maintain a single contract repository.
• Deliver monthly throughput reports and help shape the 2027 legal operations roadmap.
