Job summary

ASSYST is seeking an Insurance & Risk Management Analyst to support insurance and risk management activities for a client. The role will focus on reviewing contracts for insurance exposures, recommending requirements, and ensuring Certificates of Insurance comply with established requirements.

The position requires analytical skills, strong communication, and ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including meetings at various locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in insurance, brokerage, underwriting or contract legal work preferred.
• Experience reviewing contracts, indemnity provisions and certificates of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contracts, scopes of work, leases to identify risk and insurance exposures.
• Recommend commercial insurance requirements and contractual terms.
• Review Certificates of Insurance and endorsements for compliance.
• Review indemnity provisions and insurance requirements.
• Communicate and negotiate with internal stakeholders, contractors and vendors.
• Support insurance and risk management activities with strong customer service.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize workload.
