Technology Digest, Inc. seeks a Commercial Insurance & Risk Analyst to support a public-sector risk management team.

The role focuses on commercial insurance, property & casualty coverage, contract review, COIs, endorsements, indemnification provisions, underwriting, brokerage and insurance compliance. You will review contracts, identify insurance exposures, recommend requirements, and ensure documentation meets established standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2 years of professional experience in commercial insurance, brokerage, underwriting, or property & casualty insurance preferred.
• Experience with contract/legal work involving insurance requirements is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Review contracts, scopes of work, leases, and related documents.
• Analyze contractual risks and recommend appropriate insurance requirements.
• Review COIs and endorsements for compliance.
• Interpret coverage terms, limits, exclusions, and conditions.
• Review indemnification and insurance provisions in contracts.
• Assist with developing insurance requirements for contracts and legal agreements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, brokers, and other stakeholders.
• Help resolve insurance compliance issues and documentation deficiencies.
• Maintain accurate records of insurance and risk-management activities.
• Provide strong customer service and communicate insurance requirements clearly.
• Attend meetings or work onsite when operationally required.

Technology Digest, Inc. is seeking a qualified Commercial Insurance & Risk Analyst to support a public-sector Risk Management and Insurance team.

This role is best suited for a professional with experience in commercial insurance, property & casualty coverage, contract review, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), insurance endorsements, indemnification provisions, underwriting, brokerage, and insurance compliance.

The selected candidate will help review contracts and scopes of work, identify insurance exposures, recommend appropriate insurance requirements, and ensure that insurance documentation complies with established requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review commercial contracts, scopes of work, leases, right-of-entry agreements, and related documents.
• Analyze contractual risks and recommend appropriate insurance requirements.
• Review Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and endorsements for compliance.
• Interpret commercial insurance coverage terms, limits, exclusions, and conditions.
• Review indemnification and insurance provisions in contracts.
• Assist with developing insurance requirements for contracts and legal agreements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, insurance brokers, and other stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Preference for candidates with at least 2 years of professional experience in:
• Commercial insurance
• Insurance brokerage
• Commercial underwriting
• Property & Casualty insurance
• Contract/legal work involving insurance requirements

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience reviewing contracts and insurance documents and can determine whether the appropriate coverage, limits, endorsements, COIs, and indemnification requirements are in place.

Experience within an insurance brokerage, commercial carrier, corporate risk-management department, government environment, construction, real estate, healthcare, or other organization with complex commercial insurance requirements is highly desirable.
