Job summary

Williams in Houston is seeking a Commercial Contract Analyst II/III/Sr to craft and manage complex commercial agreements, negotiate terms, and mentor team members. You will coordinate with internal and external partners to redline, draft, and execute contracts while identifying opportunities to improve templates and processes.

The role requires exposure to natural gas midstream and marketing agreements and offers strong growth within a Fortune 500 energy company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; II: 1+ year experience; III: 5+ years experience
• Sr: 10+ years in natural gas midstream, marketing, M&A and joint venture agreements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, energy management, finance, accounting or paralegal studies

Responsibilities

• Prepares, redlines, and executes sophisticated agreements with favorable terms
• Leads communication with internal and external partners on contract drafting and execution
• Identifies process improvements to increase efficiencies in the group
• Crafts and updates contract templates; advises on policies and guidelines
• Collaborates on new business development opportunities and special projects
• Other duties as assigned
