Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking an Associate Contract Administrator to support the Intrastate pipeline Commercial Groups. The role focuses on processing contractual documents and system entry, with an emphasis on accuracy and organization in a Houston-based office environment.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 0–2 years of industry experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, plus 0–2 years of related industry experience in lieu of degree.
  • Ability to absorb and apply new concepts quickly and take on new tasks.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and solid analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication with internal and external groups; able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Capable of handling multiple deadlines and prioritizing tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across business lines to ensure processes are followed and needs are met.
  • Draft contracts and/or confirmations related to the business.
  • Set up contracts and related data in Quorum systems.
  • Utilize File Net for document retention.
  • Meet SOX and other governmental requirements for this position.
  • Cross-train and provide back-up for other team members.
  • Handle special projects as assigned and participate in rotating on-call schedule.
