Fleet Data Centers seeks a Contracts Management Director to lead commercial strategy and EPC contract negotiations for islanded power solutions, including Behind-the-Meter and Battery Energy Storage systems. You will collaborate with Legal, Engineering, Finance and Operations to manage risk and deliver high-value agreements.

The role reports to the VP of Strategic Partnerships and Development, with travel to project sites as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, economics, finance, or related field.
• 10+ years in contracts/commercial management for large-scale capital projects.
• 7+ years in data center or mission-critical infra projects.
• 10+ years in contracts management: drafting, negotiation, execution, administration.
• Experience insourcing through contracting, cost management and optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead negotiations for a portfolio of complex EPC agreements (BTM, BESS).
• Negotiate major EPC, engineering, construction contracts, and related service contracts.
• Develop commercial strategies balancing delivery, cost, schedule and risk.
• Provide leadership with commercial recommendations and risk assessments.
• Establish contract management governance and controls with Supply Chain teams.
• Collaborate with Legal to develop templates and standard terms.
• Partner with Legal to maintain ownership of commercial outcomes.
• Support multiple high-value agreements in a fast-paced environment.
