DESRI Project Management Services, L.L.C. New York, NY, is seeking a Senior Manager or Director for EPC Commercial & Delivery. You’ll own pre-FNTP commercial review, contract negotiations, and risk management for solar and BESS projects, transitioning to execution with senior oversight through completion.

The role partners across Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Construction to align scope, schedule, pricing, and risk. Strong leadership and negotiation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of EPC/commercial experience; 15 years preferred.
• Experience leading negotiations for utility-scale solar/BESS projects.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of EPC contracts, risk allocation, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Influence commercial structure, risk approach, pricing strategy and execution readiness.
• Serve as commercial authority with EPC counterparties during pre-execution phase.
• Align design, contracting strategies, cost and schedule assumptions across teams.
• Develop and finalize EPC contracts with scope, change orders, and LDs.
• Oversee pre-construction schedules and validate EPC assumptions.
• Review pricing efforts, bids, and risk in internal reviews and IC packs.
• Prepare materials for leadership and investment committees.
• Ensure smooth FNTP transition with Construction and Project Management.
• Negotiate with EPC providers, equipment suppliers, and consultants.
• Apply EPC strategies across solar and BESS projects.
• Provide post-FNTP commercial oversight through completion.
