CoVolt Power seeks a Director of Preconstruction Management to drive contracts from award through EPC execution while protecting margin and delivering on project scope, schedule and budget. You will lead a cross-functional team, oversee risk, and coordinate with legal, estimating and operations to close open items.

You will mentor staff, standardize tools and processes, and report progress to executives. This role requires deep EPC contract knowledge and leadership excellence.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, pre-law, construction management, or engineering; equivalent experience considered.
• Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary managers and teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead negotiation and execution of utility-scale renewable energy EPC contracts over $100MM.
• Knowledge of project management controls: scheduling, estimating, cost control, procurement, contract administration and change management.
• Field construction experience preferred.
