The Colorado State Board of Land Commissioners manages a multi-billion dollar endowment, holding land, minerals, and assets that fund educational projects and support land use for various purposes. The agency is organized into several groups, including Asset Management and Service groups like Transactions and Records Services (TRS), which handles contracts related to land, minerals, and renewable energy.
This posting is only open to Colorado residents. The position supports the TRS team with processing contracts for rights-of-way, renewable energy, and towers, utilizing systems like NetSuite “ATLAS,” Laserfiche, Microsoft, Google, Adobe, and DocuSign. Responsibilities include following processing guidelines, managing files, and identifying process improvements using Lean principles.
