The candidate should have a JD, active bar status, and 5+ years in transactional work either at a top law firm or in-house. Hybrid work with in-office days Tuesday-Thursday is offered, with remote options on Monday and Friday.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school with active bar membership.
• 5+ years of transactional experience at a respected law firm or in-house.
• Strong contract and legal analysis, and ability to translate risk into business-ready guidance.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate a range of commercial, financial services, and tech contracts.
• Advise business partners on terms, risk, and dispute resolution to enable speed.
• Manage CLM program and champion AI-driven workflows to boost productivity.
