Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in contract management, contract administration, procurement, legal operations, construction administration, or commercial risk management.
• Experience drafting and negotiating contracts in construction, heavy civil, industrial, environmental services, engineering, or equipment rental industries.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex contract negotiations and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate a broad range of contracts (commercial, construction, heavy civil, industrial, environmental, equipment rental).
• Lead direct negotiations with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and partners.
• Analyze terms and conditions and provide practical recommendations.
• Develop and maintain standard contract templates and negotiation playbooks.
• Identify risks and mitigate accordingly.
• Coordinate legal review and reflect approved positions in negotiations.
• Ensure final agreements reflect negotiated terms and commercial intent.
• Manage CLM processes across intake, execution, renewal, and closeout.
• Track approvals, signatures, obligations, and renewal dates.
