Job summary

Sole Construction Partners is hiring an As Construction and Insurance Administrator in Florida. You will draft and manage contracts, track milestones, and ensure insurance compliance, while supporting project teams and vendors.

The role emphasizes communication, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving in a growing construction services group. You will maintain organized records, assist with audits, and help improve project risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Paralegal Studies, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in construction administration, contract management, or insurance compliance.
• Knowledge of construction contract types and insurance requirements for projects.
• Proficiency with Procore, Viewpoint or similar software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and process contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Maintain contract logs, documentation, and tracking systems.
• Monitor key contract dates and milestones.
• Coordinate contract execution and distribution to teams and subs.
• Assist with pre-qualification and compliance documentation.
• Track and verify COIs, endorsements, and waivers.
• Ensure insurance requirements are met and manage records.
• Support risk management and corrective actions with field teams.
• Maintain organized files and support audits and reporting.
