Job summary

Sole Construction Partners seeks an experienced Contracts and Compliance Administrator to manage contracts, insurance compliance, and related documentation in our Florida operations. You will draft and review contracts, maintain logs, and coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, paralegal studies, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in construction administration, contract management, or insurance compliance.
• Knowledge of construction contract types (e.g., residential building, AIA, lump sum, GMP, cost-plus).
• Familiarity with insurance requirements for construction projects (GL, WC, Auto, Umbrella).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore or Viewpoint is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and process construction contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Maintain contract logs and tracking systems; monitor key dates and milestones.
• Coordinate contract execution and distribution to internal teams and subcontractors.
• Assist with pre-qualification of subcontractors and vendors; collect compliance documentation.
