Job summary

Crossing Hurdles seeks an in-house attorney to lead simulated contract negotiations and redlining for SaaS agreements, and to evaluate AI responses on contract scenarios.

You will collaborate with product and research teams to refine guidelines and provide actionable feedback to improve AI-driven contract reviews. ABA-registered attorney with strong experience in technology transactions will help shape best practices and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong experience in-house with technology transactions and SaaS contracts.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and related commercial agreements.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
