Crossing Hurdles seeks a contract-focused professional to perform simulated negotiations and provide expert feedback at the intersection of law and AI. You will redline agreements and assess AI responses to complex contract scenarios.

Collaborate with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review solutions, translating legal expertise into actionable improvements in model precision and reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in technology transactions, especially negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs and DPAs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
• Analytical ability to translate legal expertise into AI feedback for systems.
• Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
