Qualifications

• J.D. from accredited law school and active U.S. bar admitted.
• 4+ years of transactional legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of indemnification, limitation of liability, confidentiality, and data protection.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and contract review skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and redline commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
