Job summary

Lawyers on Demand is partnering with a medical equipment company to recruit a part-time Contracts Attorney for remote work in the United States. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and related facilities and research agreements.

Qualified applicants will have at least 3 years of commercial contracts experience and a current bar license in any U.S. jurisdiction. This contract position runs 4–6 months, with flexible hours (20–30 per week).

• Active and in good standing license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction.

Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is partnering with a dynamic medical equipment company to recruit a Contracts Attorney. This is part-time contract role.

Position Details

• Start Date: 11/2 (possibly sooner)
• Duration: 4-6 months
• Hours: 20-30/week
• Location: Remote
• Compensation: $80/hr

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Client is seeking an attorney with at least 3 years of commercial contracts experience to work with their in-house team
• Experience with drafting and negotiating clinical trial agreements, research agreements, and facilities agreements etc.
• License to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction, active and in good standing, is required
