Start date 11/2, duration 4-6 months, compensation $80/hr. Requires 3+ years of commercial contracts experience and a current license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of commercial contracts experience with in-house or external teams.
• Experience drafting and negotiating clinical trial, research, and facilities agreements, etc.
• Active and in good standing license to practice law in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts for the client.
• Collaborate with in-house and external teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Contribute to contract lifecycle management and standard clause libraries.
