Job summary

Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio Company, is partnering with a medical equipment company to recruit a Contracts Attorney. This is a part-time contract role, remote, with 20-30 hours per week. Start date 11/2, duration 4-6 months, compensation $80/hr. Requires 3+ years of commercial contracts experience and a current license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of commercial contracts experience with in-house or external teams.
• Experience drafting and negotiating clinical trial, research, and facilities agreements, etc.
• Active and in good standing license to practice law in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts for the client.
• Collaborate with in-house and external teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Contribute to contract lifecycle management and standard clause libraries.

Position Details

• Start Date: 11/2 (possibly sooner)

• Hours: 20-30/week
• Location: Remote
• Compensation: $80/hr

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Client is seeking an attorney with at least 3 years of commercial contracts experience to work with their in-house team
• Experience with drafting and negotiating clinical trial agreements, research agreements, and facilities agreements etc.
• License to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction, active and in good standing, is required
