Qualifications

• Experience drafting and negotiating financial services agreements including payments, digital assets, prime brokerage, lending and derivatives.
• Ability to explain legal issues, risks, and complex agreement structures to cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting deal closure with sales, product, engineering, and finance teams.

Position Details

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Draft and negotiate discrete agreements in financial services, payments, digital asset space including prime brokerage, lending, and derivatives documentation.
• Own full product life-cycle negotiation for institutional products, advising on legal issues, risks, complex agreement structures, and company policies in a compliance-oriented environment.
• Support internal/cross functional teams - sales, product, engineering, finance, and compliance to close deals.
• Candidates should be well-versed in negotiation and M&A.
• License to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction, active and in good standing, is required
