Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio company, is assisting a software organization in seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Attorney to support its legal, compliance, and privacy functions on a fully remote basis.

Start ASAP for 6 months. The role focuses on drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, developing and maintaining company-wide policies, and advancing privacy/regulatory compliance across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Compliance Attorney or Compliance Professional with a strong background in corporate compliance.
• Experience with policy development and implementation, particularly company-wide policies.
• Knowledge of data privacy and regulatory compliance matters.
• Experience supporting privacy, compliance, or governance programs.
• Strong ability to manage and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Commercial contracts experience is strongly preferred given the scope of the role.

• Collaborate with internal business teams to ensure policies and compliance processes are effectively implemented.

Engagement Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 6 months
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Location: Fully Remote
• Compensation: Starting at $120 hourly, dependent on experience
