Job summary

Bowlin Group in Walton, KY, is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support the preparation, processing, and maintenance of customer and vendor contracts across business lines. You will partner with internal teams and our general counsel to ensure contracts are executed and managed throughout their lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in contract administration or related roles, a bachelor's degree, strong organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, law, or related field.
• 1–3 years of contract administration or similar role.
• Experience with customer contracts and purchase orders is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, process, and maintain contract documentation throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Track contract status, renewals, modifications, and key milestones.
• Coordinate with Operations, Credit, Legal, and other departments to support contract execution.
• Review contract documents for completeness and required approvals prior to execution.
• Maintain electronic contract files and supporting documentation.
• Assist with reporting, audits, and contract record management.
• Support process improvements that enhance contract administration efficiency.
