Job summary

Nation’s Best Holdings is seeking a Contractor Sales professional for our Toccoa, GA location. The role focuses on building strong contractor relationships, providing product knowledge, and guiding purchasing decisions while handling orders and inquiries.

You will participate in bids, verify pricing and inventory, and support store operations in a fast-paced environment, with an emphasis on customer service and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in construction or building materials.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for lasting customer relationships.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Team-oriented mindset to support store needs and Nation’s Best values.
• Knowledge of building materials, including doors and windows, is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Results-oriented with flexible, adaptable work approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with contractors and customers by delivering excellent service.
• Provide product knowledge and guidance to support purchasing decisions.
• Communicate via phone and email to answer questions and process orders.
• Share pricing, inventory and delivery information to support sales.
• Prepare bids and estimates and enter orders accurately into the system.
• Assist with order management and accounts receivable follow-up as needed.
• Support overall store operations and complete other tasks as assigned.
