Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Administrate defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited and develop/manage relationships with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment teammates.
• Provide recruitment updates and communicate market conditions affecting contractor recruitment to management.
• Meet KPI targets and execute recruitment strategies including advertising, job fairs, remote recruitment, and recruitment materials.
• Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.
