Job summary

OnTrac, a leading same-day and next-day delivery provider in the U.S., seeks a Contractor Network Development Manager to build and scale our contractor network. You will identify prospective partners, manage contracts, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align terms with business goals.

The role focuses on sourcing, qualification, and lifecycle management of contractor agreements, with emphasis on risk mitigation and process optimization. Hybrid opportunities may exist in key markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
• Familiarity with contract management technologies and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor and customer contracts.
• Ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk across contracts.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Operations on terms.
• Maintain centralized contract repository and lifecycle processes.
• Develop templates and playbooks for contract management.
• Monitor performance, support audits and reporting.
