Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Contractor Engagement Partner to own the coordination of incoming client demand for contractor or subcontractor roles, from first raise to fulfillment. You will align with recruitment, vendor partners, and client stakeholders, ensuring clear demand, pricing, and contract compliance.

This senior role requires strong experience in end-to-end contracting, rate analysis, and governance, with excellent stakeholder management and English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end contracting experience, including rate structures and margins.
• Experience supporting recruitment/talent teams on sourcing, fulfillment, and blockers.
• Ability to read vendor/subcontractor contracts to determine allowances.
• Strong stakeholder management with internal teams and client-side owners.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for new client demand requiring contractors instead of full-time hires.
• Capture role, skill needs, timelines, and location constraints from Demand Owners.
• Engage stakeholders to assess fit of contractor engagement.
• Set expectations on timelines, rates, and contracting process.
• Coordinate with Admin for agency onboarding, extensions, blockers to protect revenue.
• Convey demand details clearly to recruitment teams including rates.
• Clarify with TA about engagement model, agency usage, or location usage.
• Evaluate proposed rates with stakeholders and vendors to determine margins.
• Flag rate/margin scenarios outside approved thresholds for escalation.
• Review existing contractor agreements to confirm allowed engagement types and terms.
• Identify restrictions or gaps (scope, exclusivity, regional) before progressing.
• Track demand from inception to fulfillment across teams and vendors.
