Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a seasoned professional to lead account administration and contract management, enabling efficient governance, compliance, and financial oversight within the business unit. The role involves detailed reporting, margin analysis, and contract workflow optimization to drive account performance.

The candidate should have 4+ years in Operations/Finance/Analytics, strong modeling and data analysis skills, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Operations, Finance or Analytics.
• Strong background in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior management interaction.
• English level B2+ (written and verbal).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• AI proficiency and practical experience.
• Proficiency in managing commercial models including staff augmentation, fixed price and managed capacity frameworks.
• Skills in contract preparation, review workflows, and administration support.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Collaborative team player with attention to detail and stress resilience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration support for the account by organizing meetings, preparing minutes, and driving agendas.
• Manage contract preparation and review workflows, submitting contracts to legal, finance, and delivery teams, and controlling status to meet deadlines.
• Develop and maintain compliance standards within business unit accounts.
• Model and analyze PnL components related to contract pricing and rate calculations.
• Support governance reviews by preparing materials, reviewing SLAs, KPIs, and assessing risk exposure.
• Design, set up, and manage reports required by Client partners and Delivery managers for informed decision-making, ensuring data quality and relevance.
• Monitor account margin forecasts, analyze margin factors, and understand margin impacts.
• Perform ad-hoc operational tasks from Client partners, Project, Delivery managers and clients.
• Collaborate effectively within a team and with third-party vendors as needed.
