Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc is seeking a Demand/Supply Coordinator to join the Workforce Planning & Management team. You will oversee staffing Open positions across the business unit, partner with Recruiters, Delivery Managers, Account Managers, and Resource Managers to build staffing plans, and ensure timely fulfillment of critical roles.

You will validate demand with stakeholders, manage data quality in Staffing Desk, and represent WPM in QBRs and onboarding workshops, applying practical, agile solutions

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT staffing experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing progress for open positions across the assigned BU.
• Identify priority roles and coordinate with Recruiters, Delivery Managers, and Account Managers.
• Develop staffing plans and drive execution with involved parties.
• Track demand and ensure bench reports reflect status.
• Represent business interests in staffing priorities and location planning.
• Serve as escalation point for staffing issues and ensure data quality in Staffing Desk.
• Participate in QBRs, AMP sessions, and onboarding workshops.
