Job summary

Arkema in Chicago seeks a Territory Sales Representative to manage distribution accounts and target new distribution, focusing on contractors and independent retail customers. The role includes architectural sales calls and group presentations to drive business through distribution.

The candidate will support Territory Manager with product launches, demand generation, and onboarding of new distribution partners, while maintaining strong customer relationships and providing technical product

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing.
• Bachelor’s Degree – Business or related field preferred.
• Able to travel 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Demand Generation – 50%: support Territory Manager with product line, create demand in contracting and end-user channels.
• Account Management & Customer Support – 20%: manage designated accounts, respond to samples, complaints, and admin tasks.
• Training, Technical Support & Product Demonstration – 20%: provide training and product demos at sites and events.
• Partner enablement: support channel partners with education and training.
• Market insights: analyze local market trends, distributors, and DSR activity.
• Territory planning: assist in annual Territory and Key Account plans.
