Job summary

The Arkema Group in the United States seeks a Territory Sales Representative to drive growth in Chicago for tiling, surface preparation and sealants. You will work with contractors, distributors, and independent retailers to expand our reach through strategic account management and field demonstrations.

The role emphasizes demand generation, training, and partnerships, with up to 50% travel and remote/home-based flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing
• Bachelor’s Degree – Business or related field preferred
• Willing to travel 50% of the time
• Experience selling through distribution preferred
• Supports the site HES policy and complies with all regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Support Territory Manager efforts selling full product offering with an added focus on tiling, surface preparation & sealants in the assigned region
• Execute and follow up with Bostik Specifications program within territory creating down channel demand
• Responsible for creating demand at the contractor and end user level
• Support the execution strategy with product launches
• Support national and regional demand creation initiatives such as promotions and maximize their value through steady communication and metrics
• Support onboarding of new distribution partners
