Job summary

Arkema is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for Minneapolis to grow our distribution network and drive contractor and end-user demand. You will manage accounts, support product launches, and provide technical demonstrations across the region.

The role emphasizes field sales, training, and close collaboration with Territory Managers to execute annual plans. Travel about half the time is expected in a dynamic, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing.
• Bachelor’s Degree – Business or related field preferred.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
• Able to travel 50% of the time.
• Familiar with selling through distribution preferred.
• Supports the site HES policy and Arkema requirements.
• Ability to install, demo and test product.

Responsibilities

• Sell full product offering with focus on distribution in assigned region.
• Execute and follow up with Bostik Specifications program within territory.
• Create demand at contractor and end user level.
• Support product launches and channel partner education.
• Manage designated accounts and provide strong customer support.
• Assist in annual Territory and Key Account planning and reviews.
• Provide training and product demonstrations onsite and offsite.
